``Sakaba Colombo'' has a cute exterior and a stylish interior, facing the tram tracks. All-you-can-drink for 90 minutes starts at 1,550 yen. Salad is the appetizer!! There is a limited Oyster menu. In search of Beaujolais Nouveau, I went to Colombo. When I asked the store staff, they said they didn't have much left, only a few red and orange ones. I'm going to have a glass of "Orange Nouveau" which I'm not familiar with. Even though it's called an orange, it's actually made from white grapes, not oranges. Like red wine, if you make it without removing the skin or seeds, it will turn orange. The taste is... Refreshing, with flavors like juicy orange and white peach. Simply put, you can enjoy the best of both white and red. It was delicious with the "fig butter".
