中区小網町にあるスペランツァさんへ予約して行ってきました。
営業時間少し前に来たが既にオープンしていました。
早速ランチコース（2500円）をお願いしました。
ドリンクメニューも渡されたが頼みたくないのでやんわりお断りしました。
前菜は”牛すね肉のコンフィ コンソメスープ仕立て”
お肉の下にはかぶが、上に掛かっているのはイタリアンパセリとゆで卵のソースです。
続いて、コースには書かれていなかったがパン２種。
フォカッチャともう一つは無花果・ゴボウを練りこんだお手製とのこと。
パンあるならコンソメスープじゃないのにすれば良かったかなぁ。
メインパスタは”鶏肉とレンコンのトマト煮込みソース スパゲティー”
パスタは柔らかめ、ソースと煮込んだというより軽く絡めた感じですね。
最後にドルチェは”スペランツァ風 ティラミス”
ココアの香りと掛かっているクルミ？の
カリカリ食感がめっちゃ良いですね。一番美味しかったです
滞在可能時間は２時間までだそうだが、入店して食べ終わるまで30分と提供が早かったです。
営業時間にちゃんと間に合わせてたし、
BGMは無いけど５名くらい居たスタッフの掛け合いで活気も雰囲気も出てましたね。
サービス面も接客も良かったし、リピーターが多いのも頷けました。
