広島市中区にあるラーメン店。
カウンター席のみの店で、その意味では昔ながらのラーメン店、といった感じ。
ラーメンは勿論、焼き飯や餃子等、様々なメニューがある。
居酒屋としても利用出来る。
広島ブラックは、ラーメンの1種。
「広島の新ラーメン」を名乗る。
広島ラーメンに、大阪ラーメンの甘辛い味を合わせているという。
広島ラーメンは豚骨醤油スープが基本だが、タレにより、黒に近い色のスープに仕上がっている。一口軽く飲んだだけでも、タレの甘辛さを存分に味わえる。麺を黒っぽく染めてしまう程の黒さだが、味付けは見た目程濃くはなく、すんなりと飲める。
具はチャーシュー、モヤシ、ネギと、広島ラーメンらしく、シンプルに纏められている。モヤシは、太目のタイプ。
麺は、中程度の太さのストレートタイプ。
店が言う通り、新タイプの広島ラーメンと言える。
