Negi Salted beef tongue (1,319 yen), Kalbi (1,099 yen), Tender Skirt Skirt (989 yen), Wagyu Beef Rib Rib (989 yen), Tender Fillet Thong (1,099 yen) Visited for dinner. I came without a reservation, but I waited a little while to get in, just in time for the change of orders. We were guided to a private room at the back of the restaurant and looked at the menu. The assortment of various cuts is a great value menu, but since I wanted to enjoy the deliciousness of each individual item, I ordered the salted green onion Salted beef tongue, short ribs, and tender skirt steak to start. Lightly sear the green onion Salted beef tongue on both sides, then place plenty of chopped green onions on one side and heat through the steam. There are two types of sauce: soy sauce and miso sauce. Since there is no lemon, the tongue is served with soy sauce, and the refreshing sourness and umami of the soy sauce matches the smooth flavor of the tongue, and the green onions are well absorbed, making it delicious. The ribs have a perfect balance of fat and go well with either soy sauce or miso, and the tender skirt steak, as the name suggests, has a very soft texture and a juicy flavor. After that, I ordered Wagyu beef ribs and tender fillet string, with salad and rice in between. Rib ribs have a lot of fat, and the heat builds up like a campfire and cooks quickly. Each slice is thinly sliced, so it's best to have several slices together. The soft fillet string is a part of the fillet that comes on the side of the fillet, and it tastes exactly like red meat, with almost no fat, so you can fully enjoy the meaty flavor. I am satisfied that each piece of meat is unique and delicious.
