ソウルフードを広島駅で手軽に
広島駅のエキエにある大人気お好み焼き屋さん麗ちゃん。
休日は行列ですが、平日の昼過ぎだったのでスムーズに入ることができました。
サラリーマンのおひとりさまが多かったです。
テーブルごとに仕切りがしてあり、コロナ対策も万全。
ノーマルなそば肉玉を注文。840円でした。
キャベツまでしっかり火が通って柔らかい。
中にはもやしも入っています。
しっかりボリュームなのに、野菜がたっぷりとれるのが広島のお好み焼きの魅力ですね。
おいしかったです！
かけるソースは3種類あるそうで、特性の無添加オタフクソースはかなりあっさりめ。黄色のノーマルな甘口は最初からかかっているソースですが、私的にはこちらの味で、ザ・広島のお好み焼きの味を感じてほしいです。

久しぶりに広島駅の麗ちゃんへ。
平日ですが昼時ということもあり20分ほど待ちました。平日だからか一人の方が多い印象。
いつもどおりのオーソドックスなそば肉玉を注文。
しっかりと火が通って柔らかいキャベツが甘くて美味しい。
ソースも三種類、甘口辛口特製とありました。
カウンター席だったので作るところをずっと見ていましたが、麺にケチャップを混ぜこんでいて目からウロコ。
麗ちゃんといえば端っこをちょこんと曲げたスタイルだと思っていましたが、麺ダブルにすると普通に丸くなるのですね。
卵の焼き方にも違いが。
普通だと卵を潰して伸ばさずほとんど目玉焼き状態のままで上からそばなどを載せてくるりとするため、巻かれた部分に卵が入って、運ばれてきたときにはふわふわ。
ダブルだとしっかり丸く伸ばしてその上に他の具をぽん。そして全体をひっくり返すので、うわ蓋？のような役割に。どちらかというとこっちがオーソドックスですね。
こんなのボリューミーなのに、広島で育つと何故かこれがぺろりと食べられてしまう。不思議。笑
