中国地方遠征の最後に何か食べとこう。前日、旧友とお好み焼き百名店に行ったがピンと来なかった(不投稿)ので、以前の駅の頃によく来たこちらへ。現地到着15:40頃で、この時はすぐに入店。テーブルとどちらがいいか聞かれたがカウンターへ。注文したのは、イカ天そば入り(¥1,110)。駅ビル内とはいえ結構な大型店で、持ち帰りも可能なので注文がどんどん入るが、数人のスタッフがこれまたどんどん焼いていく。これを見ていても飽きない。客は老若男女様々で、入りやすいのか女子おひとり様も結構多い。
10分ほどで目の前の鉄板上に配膳(?)。もちろん熱々をコテで切りながら食べていく。あー、やっぱ来てよかった。昨日のより断然うまい。でも好みなんだろうな。そんなにお腹は減っていなかったが、それでも超満足の完食
思うにここのはソースはあまりかけずに作られており、自分で好みの量をかけるタイプなので、あっさり食べたい人には特にいいかも。自分的にはベストかな。ごちそうさまでした。
