広島駅の新幹線改札の近くにある、弁当を扱う売店。
新幹線改札の外ですが、JR内のため在来線の改札をくぐらないと来れないお店です。
穴子弁当が数種類、そして他の弁当も用意されています。
●夫婦あなごめし 1,050円
小さめの穴子が二列に並んでいて、見た目的に不足のない穴子弁当。
薄めでありながらも身のほぐれが適度にあり、柔らかくて弁当にしては結構いい質の穴子。
タレは穴子に馴染んでいるだけでなく、ご飯にもピッタリくる味です。
付け合せに穴子の骨を揚げたものがあり、これが軽めの塩加減でオススメ。
軽めのサクサクな食感はお菓子のようでもあり、それでいて穴子飯の箸休めにピッタリ。
新幹線に乗って食べるのに向いているお弁当です。
宮島あたりで下手な穴子のお店に立ち寄るよりも、お値打ちでいい味だと思います。
