広島駅の２F新幹線口の近くにある穴子弁当専門の売店です。
広島駅から広島空港へリムジンバスで移動する直前に、当日の晩飯用に活穴子弁当1260円を購入しました。
（穴子弁当は、当日中というのが大体の賞味期限のようです）
穴子弁当は、広島や宮島のいたるところで販売されていて、食べ比べた訳ではありませんが、ご飯の炊き加減も、私の好きなやや硬めで、穴子もやわらかくて、冷めてもとてもおいしくいただくことができました。弁当用に美味しく作り込んでいるのではないかと思います。
値段は他の売店のお弁当だと1000円位からありますので、やや高めの設定かと思いますが、満足いく内容だと思います。
