広島でお好み焼きをいろんなところで食べたのですが、いつもおたふくソースの味がメインに感じて特別おいしいと思わないと広島在住の友人に話をしたらこの店に連れて来てくれました。
とにかくニンニクホルモンなどの具材の量が多くてその旨味がしっかり感じられ、表面のソースも薄味でとてもバランスの良いお好み焼きでした。
