ゴールデンウィーク中に広島で仕事でした。新しくなった広島駅を散策していたら全然変わって綺麗になっていましたね。食事できるところを探していたのですが、広島駅直結の広島焼きのお店はどこも満席です。ざっくり広島焼き全店舗で100名以上は並んでいましたね。それは待てないので食べログで近隣検索して見つけたのが「五ェ門福屋広島駅前店」さんです。予約無しで訪問しましたが30分ほど待ちでした。並んでいるときに注文を伝えていましたので、カウンター席に座ったら早めに提供されました。「お好み焼き（うどん入）」「お好み焼きスペシャル（そば入」を注文。
焼き上がる前に子持ちししゃもが提供されるとおもって注文。最後に提供されましたけど。
広島では広島焼きのことはお好み焼きというのですね。せっかく地元の名前がついているのにお好み焼きって名乗るのはもったいない気がしますね。それでもキャベツたっぷりのお好み焼きうどん入を食べたけど、モチモチして旨い。やっぱり広島焼きはうどん入りがお好みです。
スペシャルはイカ、海老、ねぎ、しそ、肉、卵入りなのですが、豪華ですがノーマルが一番美味しいと感じる私でした。手際よく作られてプロを感じましたね。
めちゃくちゃ忙しそうだったのですが、どこに気がついたのか関西人だと気が付かれていろいろ話し込みましたが、すてきな従業員さんで必ずリピートしたくなるお店ですね。
接客レベルも非常に高いし心地よい空間で必ずおすすめ店舗です。
