この日の歩数計 23,641歩。
今夜は抜こうかと悩みながらフラフラ。
以前良かった「和さび」さんがコロナ対策で「夜膳」@2,980を。
しかし、昼間賑わっていた向かいの「讃岐屋」さんが気になります。
食べログ評価が3.10以下。
外の写真を見ると「ゴボウ天」もあります。
うどんで失敗することはないだろう！
あったんです。それが！
ゴボウ天うどんを頼むと
「麺切れのため10分程かかります」と言われて喜んでOK!
当方、暇を持て余していたんです♪
タダ10分待つのは「大人気ない」な？て思い、麦焼酎のお湯割発注。
美味しくない。お湯割りは元の焼酎の味がすぐに分かります。
失敗したな〜と反省していた所に「かき揚げゴボウ天うどん」登場！
カリッカリのごぼう天と蒲鉾2枚、それにトロロ昆布まで乗ってます。
これで税抜き550円なら良いでしょう！
と思い、お汁を一口！！！(＞＜)
塩っぱいだけ。
再確認しても塩っぱい。
旨味を感じられない。
茹でたてのうどんはスコーシ腰を感じる程度。
天ぷらの衣はパリパリだがゴボウの旨味がない。
焼酎を残し、うどんを残し、1,001円払って退散しました。

この時代この味で生き残れているのは不思議、と感じたのでした。
