広島駅前にて会議があったのでコチラにお邪魔しました。
この界隈では評価の高いラーメン屋さん
敷居は低くて入りやすいのですが、入ってもそのまま敷居が無いので夏は結構暑いですねー
ただし想像よりは暑くは無い印象でした。
メニューはらーめんとご飯ものなどのシンプルな単品メニューの構成です。
勿論らーめんをオーダーです！
ランチタイムは小振りなご飯もサービス頂けます！
色々な方々の投稿を拝見しても鶏白湯スープの印象です。
でもあっさり豚骨？というコメントが多いのですが、私はそう感じない見た目です。
そしてオーダーから待つ間に辛子高菜を提供頂けます。
この辛子高菜が凄く上品なもので、シットリしながら素材を感じるもので、実際に葉の感じなど丁寧でありご飯に載せると最高な辛子高菜です！
オーダーしてからも然程待たずに前出し着丼です。
見た目にキレイな麺畳みが出来ており、やはりスープから頂きます。やはり鶏白湯だと感じるスープ。
麺も加水感低いストレートな食感良い麺。
麺とスープがいい感じです！
トッピングには、角煮と煮玉子。
角煮はホロホロで、煮玉子はシッカリなゆで卵です。
鶏白湯スープがお好きな方にはオススメなお店です！
豚骨求めて行くとアッサリ？とか感じると思います。
