Okonomiyaki Village is located on the first floor of the restaurant building at the south exit of Hiroshima Station. Go around all the way. It's Friday evening, but it seems to be empty today. Usually, many groups such as students on school trips visit. After being asked around by other shops, I entered this shop that I had made a reservation for. Although it is mostly a food stall, the large iron plate and the aroma of the grilled sauce will stimulate your stomach. Since it's Hiroshima, it starts with grilled Oyster. Garlic butter and soy sauce is the beginning of a mouth-watering meal. Next is ``Yaogimo'', a sweet and spicy Hiroshima loco food made from cow lungs. It has a very strange texture, like a super light liver and a heart without firmness, but the seasoning makes the highball go well. The last one is Hiroshima style. Seafood Arashi and Sozoyaki with plenty of Seafood. Both have a lot of Seafood and are delicious. The noodles are baked hard.
