午後の予定まで少々時間があったので駅ビルではなくひろしまお好み物語駅前ひろば店のほうに行ってみました。
昼時ですがどこの店も空いてますね。駅ビルのekieのほうに人気が集中しているみたいですね。
前回来た時は異常なほどの人気だった電光石火も気軽に入れる状態です。いやぁ～何年振りですかねぇ～(*￣∀￣)
注文したのは肉玉そばのイカ天入りで９８０円。キャベツは多めです。ただ焼いてる途中に店員がやたらお好み焼きをつつきますね。
キャベツを上下左右に満遍なく混ぜている感じです。動かさずにひたすら待つタイプの店からすると邪道ですが私はあまり気にならないんですよね。いや、むしろ混ぜたほうがいいと思うくらいです。
完成したお好み焼きはこんもりしたドーム型に整形するのが電光石火のスタイル。
普通に美味しいです。優しい優等生的なお好み焼きです。
ただトッピングメニューは充実しているのでここでは少々高くついても観光客目線で色んなトッピングをして楽しむのがいいかもしれないですね。
鉄板焼きのメニューを見ても美味しそうです。夜に来て居酒屋的に使うと面白そうですね(*￣∀￣)
