並盛キャベツ大盛５辛（1,100円＋100円）
ランチで訪問。入店すると店主に正面カウンターに座るよう案内いただく。メニューはいわゆる広島つけ麺のみで、麺量とトッピングと辛味を選択するシステム。麺量は１玉の並盛、トッピングはキャベツの大盛、辛味は辛いの得意な５辛でお願いする。
まずはつけダレが到着し、その後つけ麺が到着。麺の上には大盛りにしたたっぷりの茹でキャベツと千切りのきゅうり、細切りの青ネギ、チャーシューが乗るラインナップ。
中細のストレート麺は、ぷつぷつとした歯切れの良さとともに、もっちりとした弾力のある噛み心地の良さがあり、つけダレの辛味はもとよりキレのある醤油ベースの味わいと酸味にマッチして抜群のおいしさ。
麺と合わせて野菜やチャーシューもつけダレにたっぷり浸していただく。きゅうりや青ネギはシャキ感のある食感が麺にフィットとし、茹でキャベツは程よいクタ感が口当たり柔らかく、そのまま食べても絶品。ハード系のチャーシューもつけダレの辛味にマッチして旨い。５辛は個人的に丁度良い辛味で、つけダレもムセたりもたれたりすることなく飲めるおいしさ。
