I received the sirloin Steak set. They flambéed it right in front of me.On this day, I believe it was Kuroge beef from Kagoshima.The meat was very tender and juicy, and the fat was not too greasy, elegant, sweet, and very delicious. As you would expect from Japanese Kuroge Wagyu Beef.Maybe because of the age, the meat got a little fatty towards the end, but it was still delicious.I can't say that the price was a little more reasonable lol.It was a nice lunch with a nice view of the scenery from the window.
