総評
レビュー初投稿だが、訪問は10回以上に上る。この日もいつもと寸分の狂いもない安定感のあるお好み焼きだった。程よくキャベツの水分が飛び、旨味が凝縮されている。かつ、麺とのバランスも丁度良く、麺の焼き加減も良し。いつ行っても味が安定しており、何回も通うとその凄さが実感できる。牡蠣の方も、プリっぷりでミルキーな旨味があり、まさに旬の品であった。
