JR広島駅から徒歩4分の「源蔵本店」さん。
1948年開業、運営は有限会社源藏本店。
9:30から営業されており、食材切れで夕方には閉店してしまうこともあるみたいです。
外観はリノベーションした様で綺麗なダークグレーのサイディング、シャンパンゴールドのアルミサッシに紺色の暖簾が掛けられており、大衆食堂または大衆酒場というには綺麗過ぎるかも。
勿論、綺麗なのは良いことなんですけどね。
店内は経年した木板の床、腰高までは古い風合いの木材、上の壁は木目調シートで和みのある雰囲気です。
BGMは無く、ワイワイガヤガヤ。
そして喫煙可。
お席はテーブル8席×3卓、テーブル6席×2卓、テーブル4席×3卓の合計48席。
オペレーションはホールに男性スタッフ1人と女性スタッフ1人、厨房にも複数人いらっしゃるようです。
お料理とお酒でお会計は1,300円也。

ハリのある身、噛む程に旨みがジワリと滲み出てきます。

本当にワイワイガヤガヤと下町の酒場と言った雰囲気です。
賑やかで活気はありますが、お値打ちかと言うとそれ程でも無いかなという感じがしました。
