「スイコウ」と読む。
やけに威勢の良い中国人店主によって切り盛りされている。
店主が好きだからかどうかは不明だが、パンダがあちこちに描かれている。
店内はごく普通の大衆中華だが。
テーブル席、カウンター席がある。
ラーメンをメインに、様々な中華料理（四川料理を独自にアレンジしているらしい）を提供。
営業時間は11時半から14時、17時半から21時。定休日は土祝。また、日曜は夜のみの営業（要するに、週末のランチ営業はない）。
焼豚チャーハンは、当店が提供するご飯物の1種。
焼豚（要するに、チャーシュー）の細切れ入りの炒飯。綺麗な半球状に盛り付けられていた。
醤油で味付けされた、昔ながらのもの。グリーンピース、玉子、タマネギが散見する。
フライドガーリックを効かせてあるらしく、香ばしい。
ボリュームはそれなりに。
スープ付だった。これもフライドガーリックの風味が効いていた。
