店主は、あの『中華の鉄人』陳建一氏のもと、東京の四川飯店で十数年修行した後、この店で独立されています。
私は、ランチタイムしか行った事ありませんが、この店では、坦々麺を必ず頼みます。
スープが絶妙です。ゴマの風味が良い感じで、スープはまろやか。
そしてジワリと来る辛さでほんのり発汗。
他店でも、坦々面を頂いた事がありますが、私の中では、担々麺はナンバーワンなお店です。
ちなみにセットは、ライスと日替わりおかずがつきます。
