ちゃんこ鍋が売りのお店です！中の張り紙かなにかに店長さんが元力士だったと書いてあったかと思います。
座敷がメインのお店で、広い畳部屋に机が設置されているかのような雰囲気です。すだれ(？)的なもので机間がしきりられてますので、広い大部屋で食べているんだけど、個々のスペースはちゃんと守られているような丁度よい空間です。
鍋は味(塩、味噌、醤油など)や中の具を色々と選ぶことができます。鍋自体はとても美味しく、そこらの呑みやさんでシーズンだけでてくるような鍋とは全く違います！
具が多い、ダシが旨い！
一品料理はレギュラーメニューに加え、その日のオススメを紹介してもらえます。
オススメになっている魚の刺身はやっぱり美味しかったですよ！
レギュラーメニューではユッケが美味しかったですね。
基本和食のお店なので普段はビール党の私もここでは日本酒を頂きますが、山口の有名なお酒"(だっさい"だったかな？)がなかなか美味しくてついつい飲み過ぎしまいます(笑)
鍋と日本酒、寒い時期にはピッタリのお店です☆
