広島駅北口から徒歩１０分くらいの所にある元・時津風部屋のおすもうさんが作るちゃんこ料理「安芸の国」さんへ木・金・土の週３日間のちゃんこやランチを食べに行きました。
営業時間 12:00～14:30
ランチメニューは１種類のようでした。
この日の内容は
・おわんちゃんこ（しょうゆ味）
・国産豚の豚天
・マカロニサラダ
これにご飯（せら産のこしひかり）とヨーグルト果実のジャムのせが付きます。
おわんちゃんこ（しょうゆ味）はたくさんの具材がはいっていて体の芯から温まる感じ。
国産豚の豚天は薄い豚肉をカラっと揚げているので噛むとサクサク、味付けはシンプルで優しい味。
マカロニサラダはバランスのいい絶妙な味付け。
ご飯は世羅産のこしひかりのようですがおいしいです、香りからちがいます。
やっぱりご飯がおいしいと料理全体がおいしくなってほっとしますね。
