広島駅から南西方向に5分位かな。食べログ☆3.38。
駅から近いにも関わらず、この辺りは飲食店が少な目で、やむなくって思いで入店です。
外観も店内も、鉄板を除けばなんだか喫茶店みたい。
マツダスタジアム方向って事もあって、お店のいたる所にカーブ感があって、野球観戦の前後に寄るお店なんだろうなーって感じです。
オーダーはスタンダードな「そば入り」730円。
これは安めだと思いますが、トッピング次第では倍増するので、微妙かも。
調理時間は他店より少し長めのような気がします。
しっかり焼いて、蒸してるのかな。そばはカリッとする位によく焼いてあります。
他店でもありますが、モヤシ入り。ただ個人的にはお好み焼きにモヤシは不要派です。どうしてと水っぽくなっちゃう気がするんですよねー。
ソースは甘さ控え目で、オタフクでは無さそう。
やっぱ甘めが好きかも。
具材も焼き方もソースも好みが分かれるんだろうとは思いながら、僕的には可もなく不可もなく…でした。
