広島駅から徒歩3分くらい。マツダスタジアムに続く線路沿いにあります。食べログ☆3.48の高評価店、出張中の平日ランチでお邪魔しました。
内外装共に屋台のような雰囲気で先客は2名と少な目。
ケンミンショーで大絶賛を受けたとの「つけ麺・チャーハンセット」1,000円をオーダー。辛さは1〜10まであるようですが、店員さんに聞いて無難な辛さにしたと記憶してます。
麺には白髪ねぎ・キュウリ・キャベツ・鶏肉がたっぷり乗って、バランス良い感じに◎
麺は中太ストレート麺、よく冷やされていてプリッとした食感があります。つけダレには唐辛子と胡麻が浮いていますが、お味はかなりサッパリ。酸味と多少の辛味を感じながらも、旨味みたいなのはあまりないような…
一緒に食べるキャベツや蒸鶏、キュウリが美味しくて、ドレッシングみたいな感覚になりました。
つけ麺というと、どちからというと濃厚なイメージで食べたせいか、サッパリ過ぎて物足りないような。
夏なら良いかな？！
冷やし中華みたいなイメージかな？！
