JR広島駅からマツダスタジアムに延びるカープロードに沿って徒歩3分の「呉麺屋」さん。
2010年頃開業、運営は株式会社サイキエンタープライズ【1999年設立、代表取締役:原田幸雄氏】
同社が運営するのは
①呉麺屋 カープロード店
②呉麺屋 えびす通り店
③呉麺屋 アクアセンター街店
の3店舗です。
店舗外観はLAWSONでさえカープロードは赤いのですから、当然ながら赤い居酒屋！
呉冷麺と尾道ラーメン押しの様です。
店内装飾は黒が主体、汚れが目立たない仕様。
安心して下さい、ちゃんとクリンリネスされており床がネタネタしません。(笑)
男性スタッフ1人と女性スタッフ2人の3名体制。
お席はカウンター14席、テーブル4席×4卓で合計30席。
呉冷麺【並盛】(税込850円)+煮玉子トッピング(税込150円)でお会計は1,000円也。
モチモチとした平打ち麺、ちょい辛な甘酸っぱいタレ。
麺の上には、千切り胡瓜、茹で玉子半玉、ちぎり蒸し鶏、ワンタン(1つ)、蒸し海老(2つ)。
更に追加トッピングの煮玉子。
ちょい辛なのにアッサリとした冷麺は夏の食欲が低減する時にピッタリかも。
