松山を観光したのち、高速船で広島へ移動して泊まりです。
夕食で、駅ビルのお好み焼きにしようかと思いましたが、前回連休でものすごく混んでいましたので、趣向を変えてご当地麺ということで、呉冷麺にしました。
オーダー方法ですが、QRコードでメニューを開き、そのままスマホでオーダーでした。
お店のタブレットはなんかいかありますが、自分のスマホは初めてでした。
呉冷麺とチャーハンをオーダーしたのですが、何を思ったのか冷麺は特大、チャーハンは並を頼んでしまいました。
⚫︎呉冷麺特盛(１１００円)＋ワンタン増量(１２０円)
事前情報では、あっさりとの書き込みが多かったのでそれなら大盛、いや特盛でオーダーしました。
ワンタンも増量で。
１０分弱で配膳。やはり特盛は見てびっくり！やはり多すぎですね。チャーハンもあるのに。
麺はそこそこ細い平打ち麺、具材は鶏のささみ蒸し、きゅうりの千切り、むきエビで、しかもささみときゅうりはすごく細く切られており、見た目も綺麗ですし申し分なしでした。
ただ、タレがごま油がたっぷりで、全体の量も多かったからか食べ疲れが出てきました。ごま油ではなく、別の調味料ならとても良かったのですが。。。
⚫︎チャーハン(６００円)
並でしたが、量的には王将のチャーハンと同等か若干少ないくらいですかね。
一口食べてみて、これは美味いと思いました。ガーリックはよく効いているのですが、油っぽさはそれほどなく、最後まで美味しくいただけました。ラーメン・つけ麺屋さんで提供されるチャーハンと方向性は同じですが、一歩先を行くチャーハンでした。
冷麺は、ちょっと惜しいですね。オイリーでなければ文句なしなんですが。
この平打ち麺の冷麺はいいですね。
