広島駅周辺でラーメンを食べようと、食べログでサーチ
ポイントが低い店を避けてさまよったが、20時過ぎで二店舗閉まってたので、この店をチョイス
ラーメンをオーダーしようかと思ったが、ビールとツマミをオーダー
ビールは早々に出てきたが、お通しも無く、しばらくビールだけを飲むことに。
ホルポンとホルモン揚げ小をオーダー
ホルモン揚げは堅いが、噛めば味が出る
でも冷えたら更に堅くなると思い、早々と口に入れる。私はイマイチだった
ホルポンはもやしとポン酢が合って冷えてもうまい
塩ホルモンは湯引きしてあり、ニンニクと塩味とネギがアルコールをそそりうまいが、量が少なくCP低いな
〆はチャーハン小は量が丁度良く400円は良い
美味かった
たまに電車が通る音が大きい
