元祖広島まぜ麺（唐辛子）（温）（770円）
ピリッとしたものが食べたくなってランチで訪問。イマなままぜ麺や豆乳まぜ麺など聞き馴染みのないメニューが並ぶ中、オススメの元祖広島まぜ麺（唐辛子）を温かい麺、２辛でオーダー。
着丼すると、汁なし担々麺っぽいフォルムの麺に刻みネキ、肉味噌、大量の天かす、唐辛子味噌、そして卵黄が乗っかっている。これをレンゲと箸を使って麺の色が変わるまで混ぜ合わせて食べると、味噌の甘味と唐辛子の辛味がマッチしてコクのある奥深さが旨い。大量の天かすは食感のアクセントになるとともにこちらもコクをプラスしている。辛さは標準が１辛とのことなので２辛は結構ピリッとくる。
麺は中細の角材系ストレートで、コシがあってぷつぷつとした歯切れの良い口当たり。エッジに唐辛子味噌や他の具材が絡んで味わい深い。
卓上にはラー油やにんにくチップ、四川山椒などが置いてあるので、山椒をたっぷり追加投入して味変すると一気に汁なし担々麺に近い味わいに。これが旨い。
広島まぜ麺はお初だったが、汁なし担々麺とは似て非なるものだと理解できた。元祖は不明。
