Usually, Aburasoba (Oiled Ramen Noodles) and mixed soba have thick and firm noodles, but this one has thin, straight noodles. It was my first experience, but it was really delicious! There are plenty of green onions and fried eggs, making it both refreshing and rich, and the rice after eating is also great. I want to go again.
