広島で十数年前ぐらいから何故か広まっている汁無し坦々麺、中華の坦々麺とは微妙に違う広島風。何回か広島と東京の有名店で食べたことありますが、こちらは地元の人に薦められたお店です。広島駅からも徒歩圏内、平日お昼時だったので、少し待っての入店です。
こちらもお店メニューがめちゃ多い、まさに目移りします。一番定番と思われるまぜ麺、一品のメンチカツを頼みました。卵黄、挽肉、天かす、ネギに赤辛味噌、しっかり混ぜて食べます。麺がそこまで縮れ麺ではなく歯応えもしっかりした麺、ジャンキー感がそこまで如実でなく美味しいです。これはまた食べに来たい、広島駅近くでランチは選択肢多いけど、是非再訪したいお店です。
