夕食を食べに行きました、早い時間だったので先客は３組５名でしたがお客さんが次から次に入店してあっという間にほぼ満席になりました。
注文したのは「そば入り肉玉＋ハラペーニョトッピング」です。
時間をかけてじっくりと焼いて行くタイプのお好み焼なのでしばらく時間がかかります。
焼き上がるまでに鉄板焼きとビールといきたいところですがこの日は車だったので我慢です＞＜
軽快にお好み焼きの注文や鉄板焼きの注文を仕上げていく様子を見ながら待ちます。
こちらのお店はコの字型になっていてすべての席が鉄板で食べられるようになっています。
やはりお好み焼きは鉄板で食べるのが一番ですからこの点はすばらしいです。
出てきたお好み焼きを食べてあらためて思いましたがハラペーニョって本当にお好み焼きによく合います。
