日曜日のお昼にお邪魔しました^_^
じつは、前からお邪魔したいなぁと思ってたお店です。今回タイミングがあいまして初訪問できました(^^)
そば入りをトッピングハラペーニョでいただきました。生ビールはマストですよね(^_^)
こちらのお好みですが、荒削りながらもオリジナルですね。驚きました。個人的には100銘店入りしても良いのではと思います。僭越ですが^_^
そう感じさせたポイントですが、お好みの形が円形ではありませんでした(^^)
楕円形というより舟形。厚めの生地が具材からはみ出してまして、船のようにホロホロの具材を乗せてる感じになってます。めっちゃ美味しかったです(^_^)
トッピングのハラペーニョも良いアクセントでしたし、とにかくエッジの効いたお好み焼きでした^_^
