Two people came to the store at 18:00. I was guided to a seat at the back with only a U-shaped counter. Cheers with Chita highball and oolong tea. Ordered Kouneyaki and Okonomiyaki (added jalapeno). It was my first time to eat Kouneyaki, and although it looked like thinly sliced beef, it had a firm chew and a strong flavor! The seasoning is simple with salt and pepper, but the more you bite into it, the more flavorful the meat becomes. Either way, it's a dish that goes well with alcohol. The main Okonomiyaki jalapeño gives it a spicy accent and goes perfectly with Okonomiyaki! It was an unexpected combination, but I'm glad I researched it beforehand. The soba noodles are moist and well-cooked. I would be happy if there was a little more sauce on it. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
