シェラトングランドホテル広島ロビー階の、各国料理レストラン。
2022年6月23日リニューアルオープン。World Gathering Place(世界が集う場所)がコンセプト。
地元産や旬の素材を中心に月替わりのテーマで、料理やスイーツをブッフェにて提供。
フロアはテーブル席。バラエティ豊かな朝食、ランチ、ディナーを楽しめる。
ロビーラウンジは、日本初上陸のコーヒーバー＆More by Sheraton。
瀬戸内海の多島美や、水と光をモチーフに取り入れたシンプルかつモダンなデザイン。
テーブル席、ソファー席、カップル席の他、10～16名の個室(限定1室)あり。
テイクアウトの軽食やスイーツ、ホテルオリジナルギフトも販売。
カード可。提携駐車場あり。禁煙。
営業時間7:00〜23:00。
1階からエレベーターに乗り、ホテルのロビー階。
フロントまでの動線で、こちらのレストラン横を通るようになっています。
シェラトングランドホテル広島宿泊時に朝食利用しました。
朝食がセットになった宿泊プランでした。
以前訪れた時と雰囲気が違う… と思ったら、昨年リニューアル。スタイリッシュな印象。
年末は宿泊客も多く、朝は利用者の行列が出来ていました。
ブリッジの席から対応を広げて、ロビーラウンジの席利用も勧められているタイミング。
料理スタンドから距離はあるものの、ゆったりとした空間のほうが嬉しい。
席に着くと、カトラリーのセットとフレッシュオレンジジュースやコーヒー、紅茶などの提供。
まだまだコロナ対策中。
手には使い捨てのビニール手袋をつけて好きな料理を。
エッグスタンドがあり、シェフが二人。
広島産牡蠣を使用したオムレツがありました。
料理は幅広く不足なく、和から洋まで。
混んでいた割には、ゆったり利用が出来ました。
ロビーラウンジの日本初上陸のコーヒーバー「＆More by Sheraton」が良い雰囲気でした。
広島駅周辺での待ち合わせには良いスポットだと思います。
ブレックファーストブッフェ料金は、大人3900円(税サ込)、子供1950円(税サ込)、幼児無料。
ほぼオールデイのブッフェは、ランチ約60種類、ディナー約70種類以上。
