I visited this restaurant for lunch while on a business trip just before noon on a weekday. The restaurant is divided into private rooms so it is difficult to say how busy it was, but judging from the buzzer and voices, it seemed to be quite lively. I ordered the fried oyster set meal (950 yen). *You can choose from large, medium, or small rice for the same price. I went for large. This is the first thing you should try when you come to Hiroshima! So I went in after seeing "4 Hiroshima Oyster" on the menu It took about 15 minutes for the oysters to be served The fried oysters were normal size, I imagined Hiroshima Oyster to be a little bigger so I was a little disappointed... Juicy Oyster were inside the crunchy batter As expected, they were delicious fried oysters with no bad smell The rich tartar sauce was a perfect match The dish came with crisp shredded cabbage, hijiki seaweed, and crunchy pickled oysters The name of the restaurant may be Hakata, but you can't go wrong with fried oysters in Hiroshima when they're in season lol Thank you for the meal (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
