麻婆豆腐麺（900円）、ライス（100円）
ランチで訪問。店内は混雑しており満席に近い状態の中で、店奥の壁際にあるテーブル席に座りメニューを確認。
ラーメンメニューはメインの尾道ラーメンをベースに塩やみそなどを展開するとともに、担々麺や台湾ラーメン、ネギラーメン、麻婆豆腐麺、酸辣湯麺などの辛味のある種類が充実している。
せっかくなので辛味メニューの中から、麻婆豆腐麺をオーダーし合わせてライスもお願いする。
スープの上には、とろみの濃い麻婆豆腐の餡がたっぷりかかっており、次第にスープに馴染んでいくとともに辛味がじわーっと広がり、辛旨の味わいに深みが増していく。
麺は平打ちのストレート。尾道ラーメンの派生と思われるが、プツプツとした食感に餡がしっかり絡み意外にもマッチしていい感じ。
辛味がクセになる味わいのため、麺を食べ進めた後のスープはライスに吸収させて、最後の一滴まで余すことなくいただき完食完飲。旨い。
