広島から新幹線に乗るときは、俵むすびで有名なむさしや、カープ弁当や穴子飯などありますが、個人的には穴子寿司ですね。
本格的な穴子屋とはまったく違いますが、冷えてもおいしく食べれますし、新幹線の中でも手軽に食べれて気に入ってます。
今回は東京で接待があるためアルコールは買いませんでしたが、このお店にある穴子ちくわにハイボールは相性バツグンなので、広島駅から新幹線に乗るときは是非試してみてください⭐️
