広島駅からすぐの距離にある極旨処 三国団を訪問。
夕食時もあって、かなり混んでいたが一人ということもあって案外待たずに入店できた。
席数はそれなりにありながらも、その間の距離や敷居がしっかり設けられているので、窮屈さや不便さは感じない。
メニューは７：３＝中華：居酒屋という感じで、中華が多い。
とりあえず、中華からは好物のエビチリと小籠包、さらに牛ホルモン炒めを注文。
まず運ばれてきたエビチリは過去食べてきたエビチリの中でもかなりぷりっぷりで、辛味酸味もちょうどいい感じ。
小籠包も旨味たっぷりの肉汁が口の中で溢れるぐらいで、これぞ小籠包という感じでした。
牛ホルモン炒めは、ホルモンが上質なのかホルモン特有の臭みがほとんどなく、
食べやすい味付けも加味して、こちらも非常に美味しかったです。
中華というと、濃い味付けでお腹に堪えるというイメージでしたが、
こちらはどれもちょうどいい味付けで、食べ終わっても気持ち楽にいられたのは良かったですね。
満足度高いです。また広島に来る機会があれば来たいと思います。
