先日知人から《ピリ辛ホルモンラーメン》をいただいたと写真を拝見し美味しそうでしたので伺いました！
〈普通〉〈中辛〉〈激辛〉三段階あるようで初めての今日は〈中辛〉を、一番上に乗っている赤茶色の物で辛さの段階を調整しているのでしょうか？
細めのストレート麺に具はメインのホルモンともやしとニラとねぎ、最後に胡麻を降ってありました、私の主観ですが物足りない辛さ、次回〈激辛〉いただいてみようと思います。
まだお腹が満たされず追加で《天津飯定食》をオーダー、お昼は単品より定食の方がお得とスタッフの方からアドバイスをいただきました、有り難いサービスです！
到着した定食はメインの天津飯、木耳と玉子と野菜のスープ、鶏の唐揚げと海老フライの副菜、搾菜。
最近玉子が渦を巻いた天津飯をよく見るようになったと思うのは気のせいでしょうか…
《天津飯定食》に関しては全体的に薄味に仕上げてありました、天津飯のあんがもう少し味が濃かったら白飯とマッチして良かったかもしれませんね〜、鶏の唐揚げとてもジュシーで噛んだら肉汁が飛び散りました、そこまでは良かったのですがおしぼりも紙ナプキンもありませんでした、残念です。
余談ですが近くの席でオーダーバイキングされていました！今度利用させていただきます(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
