2017年6月 訪問
1泊2日広島出張の帰りに駅弁を求めて訪問。
最初、公式サイトで気になった「牛万年煮弁当」を購入しようと
あじろや 3号店＜アッセ地下1階＞に行きましたが、ないとのこと。
次に、新幹線名店街のひろしま駅弁に行きましたが、そこにもないとのこと。
フロアの一角にある「あじろや」コーナーでやっと発見！
●牛万年煮（ぎゅうまんねんに）弁当 1080円
［特色］
国産牛を、じっくりと芯まで味が染み込むように煮炒った万年煮。
柔らかく甘辛い味わいは、冷めてもおいしいように工夫されています。
食後は瀬戸田産レモンの寒天で、お口をさっぱりと。
どういう意味か知らずに購入した「万年煮（まんねんに）」。
牛肉の佃煮というか、しぐれ煮というか、そぼろのような感じ??
椎茸と一緒に煮込んであって、ゆりねがアクセントになって、これおいしくて好きなお味♡
そぼろ玉子もあまくておいしい！
食後の寒天付きなのもうれしい！
あまい寒天だと思って食べてびっくり、スッパイ??
よく見ればレモンスライスがのっている。
瀬戸田産レモンの寒天、スッパイはずだ(*≧▽≦)
瀬戸田産レモンといえば、10年以上前の広島在住時に遊びに行った
懐かしい柑橘系テーマパーク「シトラスパーク瀬戸田」。今どうなっているのでしょう??
