場所は的場町の場外馬券場近く、
オキニの中華そば屋「こうちゃん」の裏です。
店を営むのは、まだ若い中国人のご夫婦。
TV効果もあってかサラリーマン、OLで大賑わい。
ランチメニューはこんな感じ（値段は税込）。
・韓国ナムルビビンバ690円
・ピリ辛豚カルビ炙り丼670円
・本格四川麻婆豆腐定食650円
・ごまドレ冷しゃぶ定食690円
・本日の焼き魚定食670円
・日替わり定食650円
私の目当ては、本格四川麻婆豆腐定食。
本場の辛～いヤツを食って汗だくになるぞお！
運ばれてきた麻婆はなかなかいい色。
さっそくスプーンですくってひと口。
あ、甘いわあっ！ ∑ヾ(≧□≦*)ﾉ
甜麺醤だけで、ここまで甘くなるだろうか？
砂糖もかなり入れてるかもしれないな。
辛さは控えめで唐辛子の刺激のみ。花椒は不使用。
中国人料理人が作る、本格四川麻婆と聞いたから、
期待してたんだけどなあ。
日本人向けにマイルドにする店は多いけど、
真の麻婆豆腐好きにとっては余計なお世話。
“本格四川”を謳うのであれば、
出来る限り本場の味に近づけて頂きたいです。
辛いのが苦手な人は、そもそも注文しませんから。
値段はとても良心的だと思います。
