This is a restaurant near the JRA WINS. After leaving [a:34004430, Ko-chan], I stopped by as it was nearby and open from noon. It looks like a Korean-style Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). This place was pretty empty. I ordered a highball without hesitation as it was listed as 390 yen. When I looked closely, I saw that the price was excluding tax. ( ̄▽ ̄;) Korean seaweed was served as an appetizer. There seemed to be many snacks that would go well with sake, but I ordered the ``[b:grilled pork trotters]'' that caught my eye and was advertised as ``simmered for 3 hours.'' After a short wait, the pork trotters arrived, and they were more delicious than I expected. They were soft because they had been simmered for a long time. The taste was soy sauce, but after grilling, vinegar was poured on top. This gave it a unique flavor and was delicious. It looked interesting, so I ordered a roll called ``chanja roll.'' This visual was just as I imagined. The taste was not bad, but I thought it was better to eat the chanja as it was as a snack with sake. I ordered another highball and another dish, "Pork Tongue Skewers". It was delicious. The thick pork tongue had a moderate chewiness, but I personally like the texture like this. It was salt-grilled, but it was also topped with vinegar after it was done, which enhanced the flavor. The waiter spoke good Japanese and seemed to be Korean. The total was 2,610 yen.
