今回は「 まつの屋 」さんを紹介します。
こちらは駅前にある高いビル「 ビッグフロント 」の１階にあります。
広島駅からみて真反対側にあるので、あまり目立ちません。
「 まつの屋 」さんは麺類のお店ですが、メニュー、券売機を見てのとおり何でもあります。
私は伺った時、お店の方は女性が４～５名おられました。
今日頂いた「 汁なし担々麺 」は広島ではかなりポピュラーになりいろんな店で提供されていますが、
専門店と違って追加の山椒と辣油が無いのが残念。
提供された時、山椒の香りがして頂くとかすかに辛味を感じますが、
できれば自分好みの味に調整ができるように調味料を増やしてもらえるとより満足ができると思いました。
券売機は、現金のみ対応のようでした。
