・広電 猿候橋駅から徒歩で約1〜2分の何でもあるうどん屋？さん。
・麺はモチモチしたやや太めのストレート麺。
・具材は肉味噌、天かす、揉み海苔、刻みニラ、刻みネギ、魚粉、白胡麻と卵黄。ニンニクの有無も選択可能。
・店内L型カウンターのみの14席。
うどん、蕎麦、ラーメン、丼、カレーまで何でも揃う此方を初訪。お隣はラーメンの超人気店です。
正直食堂感覚で入店し、取り敢えず広島混ぜそばを選択しましたが、コレがしっかりと美味い。
モチモチ麺と具材、タレが絡み合い良い意味で何とも言えない味わい。
丼を注文されているお客さんが多いように感じましたが、この広島混ぜそば、美味かったです。
