2日連続ラーメンです。こちらはローカルのTVや雑誌によく出ているお店でずっと来てみたかった。
ウキウキしながら他に人通りがないエキニシを歩いていると途中建物から急に男性が出て来たのでドキリ。
向こうは声が出る程驚いていました。失礼な。
店外の立看板を見て入店。カウンターの奥が空いていたので座り注文。
『しょうゆ（600円）』
4分で登場。
モヤシのヒゲ根が丁寧に取られてるし、青ネギも業者ではなくちゃんとお店で切られていて新鮮。
これは見た目から期待出来るラーメン。
醤油豚骨っぽくて味がしっかり目でした。
麺にコシがあり噛み心地が良い。凄く好きな茹で加減だし風味も良い。
チャーシューも美味しくて白ごはんが欲しかったけど、おにぎりしか置いて無いようでした。
冬限定の『牡蠣ラーメン』も食べてみたい。
