ランチ訪問。タイミングよく待たずに入店。初めての店なので基本系広島焼きを注文。注文後カウンター席の前にある大きな鉄板で手際よく6品ほどマスターらしき方が焼きに入る。待つこと20分くらいか見事な美観の広島焼き登場。ソースとマヨかけいざ実食。焼き具合、そばの分量、文句なし。意外とボリュームあり食べ終わる時は満腹状態。結果大満足。唯一の無念はビール飲めなかったこと。仕事の合間だしね。
次回はアルコールありで挑みたい。大変美味しくいただきました。
