二日目の夜は、どこも予約をしていませんでしたので、どこか探そうと移動しながら検索していました。
予約も取れればいいな？と思いながら検索していましたが、週末ということもあってかどこも予約で埋まっている状況でした。
色々話を聞いてみると、どうやら野球でホーム戦があるようで、観戦終わりのご予約含めてかなり賑わっているようでした。
一応、目的としていたお店があったので、伺ってみました。
何とか2名だったのですが、入れるとの事だったので助かりました。
以前、TVで紹介されたのを見たことがあったのですが、榊山牛という広島の牛を一度食べてみたいと思っていたので、こちらのお店に伺いました。
榊山牛は、ステーキしかないとの事でしたが、一つ注文しました。
焼肉と同じように、焼網で自分たちで焼き上げるので、全くやったことがない方だとちょっと難しいかも知れませんね。
焼き加減はさておきですが、お肉の旨味を感じることができるお肉で注文した部位かも知れませんが、柔らかさ含めて良かったです。
生で食べられるお肉もいくつかメニューでありました。
こちらのお店の名物の肉とろと、ツラミのお刺身を注文しました。
肉とろは卵黄の感じもよく、混ぜ合わせておいしく頂きました。ツラミも食感含めて久しぶりにこういったメニューを食べたのでより美味しく感じました。
他にもいろいろ注文させて頂きましたが、とても良いお店でした。
こういったお店は、近くにあると嬉しいですね。
