すっごい腰のあるお蕎麦です。
でもとても美味しかったです。
胡麻だれで始めて蕎麦を頂きましたが、美味しいです。
お代わり自由の炊き込みご飯も最高です
オシャレな山形の田舎そばin広島…
なかなかの実力でした。
代官山のごはんや一芯の系列とのことで、気になって行ってみました。
お店は川沿いで、景色がよく気持ちいいです。
京都の鴨川沿いいるような気分になりました。
鴨つけせいろ、お蕎麦は太麺を選びましたが...
蕎麦切り 太めんとだし巻き卵を注文
胡麻だれの味が濃く太めんにとても合います
よく噛んで食べないと食べられないため、蕎麦が少なく見えますがお腹いっぱいになりました。
