2000年代に生まれた広島のご当地グルメ『汁なし坦々麺』。こちらは広島で人気の2店がコラボした店舗とのことですが、それぞれのお店のメニューを注文することもできます。
辛さと痺れの『くにまつ』か、旨味と甘味の『武蔵坊』か。完全に好みが分かれるので利用し易いですね。
辛さに弱い僕は『武蔵坊』の『ごま・0辛・ハーフサイズ』を選択しました。
卓上POPに書かれた作法に則り、まずは麺は20回ほど混ぜるとブワー！っと胡麻の香りが。
2店それぞれの花椒、タレや辣油での味変も抜群！
楽しみ方はもっとありそうです。
