汁なし担々麺の2つの有名店が一つの店で食べられるとのこと。
15時すぎなので、先客はなし。
2人なので、それぞれくにまつの1辛 あっさりごま味しびれる辛さ850円と武蔵坊のごま1辛 中辛850円を頼み、それぞれ味見をすることに。
五分程で着丼です。
まずはくにまつ。よく絡めていただきます。ゴマがいいですね。でも辛い。
よく汁が絡みます。麺はツルシコで、硬さはちょうど良いくらい。やや硬めかな。
そして武蔵坊。こちらは四川山椒が良く効いてます。
ややさっぱりした感じ。
違いが良くわかります。
思った以上にお腹がいっぱいになりますね。
でも、美味しくいただきました。
